Different Tour & Ride Options On Snow

Two happy customers from the 2012 season

A Mush Adventure
Have you always wanted the experience of riding on a dog sled? Come spend 2-3 hours with us and we will take you out on our snowy New Hampshire trails. Let us share with you an experience you will never forget.

For $200.00 we can take two passengers out for an adventure on our Double Driver sled. There is a combined passenger weight limit of 325 lbs for this tour.

Are your friends or family members not as adventurous as you? We can take one person, under our weight limits, on a tour for $150.00.

For persons weighing more than 325 lbs please contact us to see if we can arrange to have Scott take you on a tour.

Take Your Own Team
Are you really adventurous? Do you want to take out a team of your own?

Come run a 4 dog team with either Scott or Corina. We will give you a lesson on how to use a sled. You will learn to harness your own team, and hook them up to your sled.

Your team will consist of retired race dogs who know what they are doing. You will get to run dogs like Valeska, Ben and Ember who are show ring Champions, and all three dogs have had extensive modeling careers. We know how to make you feel safe and look good all at the same time.

We will take out a team of our own in front of your team and we will be there to help you out as well as take pictures of you on your adventure. An afternoon of fun for $350.00!

This will only go out once each day. Please check our calendar to see which days are open.

You must be 18 years or older to take this tour.

Happy kids!

Kids Ride
This tour option is for children between the ages of 5-12 and is $125.00 per sled.

It is always a great learning experience for the kids. We start off by answering questions, and letting the kids pet the dogs. We teach the kids how to harness the dogs, and then we hit the trail. The ride is just long enough to ensure that the kids have a great time, and so that the parents waiting back at the truck do not freeze (usually around 3 miles).

Please e-mail us to talk about the size of your children and to see how many we can fit safely in a sled.

We ask that you please bring a ski or bike helmet for all children under the age of 18.

Run Your Own Dog(s)
Do you have a dog or two that you would like to hook up with a trained team? We can help you do that.

This is a great experience for people who have always wondered if their dog could be a sled dog. It is also a great way to get started mushing with your furry friend. We can answer questions and help point you in the right direction so you can get started on your own.

For $150.00 we can hook up your pal(s) to our team and take you out on a short run.

Please e-mail us to talk about what would be best for your furry friend.

Happy customers!

A Fun Run
Maybe you are not into spending a few hours out in the cold or maybe you have a large party? This is the option for you!

Come to our trail across the street from our kennel. You can meet the dogs and take pictures while we answer questions.  Then you will hit the trail for a short ride in the woods.

This is a great option for families who are visiting central NH for a vacation. You will get a taste of dog sledding, but will not need to spend most of the day with us. We can take out two people at a time, and do several runs in one day.

This short adventure is only $25.00 per person! We do have a six person minimum.

We have to have a lot of snow in order to do this tour.

We ask that you please bring a ski or bike helmet for all children under the age of 18.

Custom Excursions
Do you have a large party and do not see a snow tour option that would work for you? We are here to help you figure out a tour that will work for your party. Do not be afraid to send us an e-mail to see if we can help figure out what would work best for you and your party. We are here to make sure that you have a wonderful time!

Skijor Lesson
Have you always wanted to try skijoring? Come take a skijor lesson from Scott Alexander who started cross country skiing at 3 years old. In order to participate in a skijor lesson we ask that you be at least an intermediate cross country skier, and you will also need to own cross country skis. We will provide a skijor belt, lines and harness. If you bring your own dog a lesson is $100.00. If you would like to try it with one of our dogs it will be an additional $25.00.
